Peer Review of scientific articles: Performance of European countries between May and December

Still following the post above see below an update for the performance of European countries between May and December where is possible to confirm the rise of Norway and Poland. There are now 8 countries with a ratio below 1000 papers in the last 12 months while in May the number of those countries was much higher.

This shows that more countries are realizing the importance of dedicating more efforts to peer review activities thus avoiding the label of "cheats" as coined by Professors Owen Petchey and Jeremy Fox https://esajournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1890/0012-9623-91.3.325
