Still following on the post above that concerns a major problem that many forgot since Covid-19 came along it's worth remembering that the last number of The Economist has an extensive article about it. Below a short extract taken from that article:
"Imagine that in 2060 the world had, through a vast effort, renounced 90%of its fossil fuel use. To offset the remaining recalcitrant 10% would still require a sink capable of soaking up about 1 billion tonnes of carbon a year"
