Still following the pardon that Trump gave to some US soldiers involved in war crimes (link above) now his Royal Highness went a step further:
"The US has imposed sanctions on the chief prosecutor of the international criminal court" just because she is investigating war crimes committed by US soldiers in Afghanistan.
