Still following the post above its worth mentioning that a very recent article published in Science entitled "Earth's climate destiny finally seen more clearly" support a likely warming range of between 2.6°C and 3.9°C and this shows that Thomas Rowland-Rees, PhD in Physics from Oxford University was right. A 1.5 ºC warming scenario is just a fantasy.
P.S - If now we already have a European tradition of heatwaves then in a 2.6ºC warming we will surely have a lot more...and that is not the most worrying part !
