P.S - Still what this ranking do not measure is the number of fake patents, an issue that I mentioned in here. And the question must be made, how many fake patents are granted each year ? 10, 100, 10.000 ? If there are databases that track paper retractions there must be also databases to track patent retractions like the ones from Theranos.
